subparagraph (b )(1 ), Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut Inc. (DENG) is notifying the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), of our intent to begin loading spent fuel into an approved storage cask under the general license at Millstone Power Station (MPS).
Loading activities for MPS Unit 2 (MPS2) are scheduled to commence on or about June 3, 2024. MPS Unit 3 (MPS3) is scheduled to commence in 2025.
DENC will use the TN Americas NU HOMS EOS System in accordance with Certificate of Compliance Number 1042, Amendment 2.
