On Apr il 4, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear R egulatory C ommission (NRC) co mpleted an inspection at Millstone Power S tation, Units 2 and 3 and discusse d the r esults o f this i nspection with Mic hael O'Connor, Site Vice P resident, and ot her members of yo ur s taff. The results of t his inspection are documented i n the enclosed report.

One findi ng of ver y l ow security significance ( Green) is do cumented in t his r eport. This finding involved a violation of N RC r equirements.
