The licensee also initiated a review of all other penetrations that could provide access to the protected area to identify similar situations. That review was not complete at the conclusion of the inspectio The NRC-approved Millstone Physical Security Plan, Revision 1, dated January 2,1986, Section 4.2, Physical Barriers, states, in part,:
