-MINOR REVISIONS TO PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE CONCERNING FUEL PARAMETERS Boston Edison Company (BECo) submitted a proposed change to Pilgrim Nuclear

• Power Station's (PNPS) Technical Specifications concerning fuel parameters by BECo letter 90-135 dated November 8, 1990.

The attachment to this letter consists of two pages from that submittal revised for clarity. Revision to page 1 deletes the sentence "It shall be administratively controlled by the licensee" from definition "D. Car _t ODeratina limits Reoort". The revision to page 219 deletes "...as amended" .

from the end of.section 6.9.A.4.b and substitutes "...(the approved version at the time the reload analyses are performed shall be identified in the Core-Operating Limits Report)".

These page revisions are minor and administrative in nature and are encompassed by the " Determination of No Significant Hazards Considerations" of the November 8, 1990-proposed change. Please substitute the attached pages 1 and 219 in Attachment D of the November 8,1990 letter.
