Illitofs Power Company Docket No. 50-461 As a resu n of the inspection conducted on July 15 through September 30, 1985, ar.d in accardance with the General Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions (10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C), the following violation was identified

This is exemplified by the finding that as of September 6, 1985, approximately 50 record packages have been identified where, due to a misinterpretation of Generic Resolution 27, the Documentation Checklists had been incorrectly revised by changing the
