In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.f, the following occurrence is reported.
In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.f, the following occurrence is reported.           The incident was reported to Mr. L. H. Thonus of Region I at approximately 1530 hours and Mr. D. A. Beckman, resident inspector, at approximately 1545 hours on November 27, 1979.

The flow path from the refueling wo.e. storage tank to the high head safety injection pumps is via a path controlled by parallel motor-operated isolation valves which are normally closed. At 0637 hours on November 27, the No. 1 Emergency Diesel Generator was removed from service for scheduled preventive maintenance. The generator provides emergency power to [CH-115B],
