PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY -

HIGH PRESSURE CORE SPRAY DIESEL GENERATOR SWITCHGEAR WIRING DISCREPANCIES (NCR PEN-033)

Initial report of the subject deficiency was made to F. S. Cantrell, NRC-01E, Region II on August 2, 1979. The first, second, and third interim reports were submitted on August 29, December 12, 1979, and February 25, 1980, respectively. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, we are enclosing the fcurth interim report of the subject deficiency. TVA anticipates transmitting the final report on or before June 30, 1980. If you have any questions concerning this subject, please call Jim Domer at FTS 854-2014.
