OFFICE OF INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT BULLETIN 80 RII:JP0 50-518, -519, -520, -521, -553, -554 - HARTSVILLE AND PHIPPS BEND NUCLEAR PLANTS ALL UNITS In response to your January 21, 1980, letter which transmitted OIE Bulletin 80-02, our investigations reveal that feedwater spargers or thermal sleeves manufactured and/or fabricated by the Marvin Engineering Company have not been purchased and/or have not been installed in our Hartsville or Phipps Bend Nuclear Plants.
