In a letter dated April 17, 1980, J. P. O'Reilly transmitted OIE Bulletin l

80-09 to TVA. The first and second interim reports on the subject j

bulletin were submitted on June 16 and October 17, 1980, respectively.

i Enclosed is the third interim response on the subject bulletin. TVA anticipates transmitting the final report on or before February 27, 1981.

j In its attenpt to identify possible suppliers of the deficient hydranotor actuators, TVA has contacted the vendors and subvendors in the attached list and received responses as indicated. TVA is presently docunenting the dispostion of the suhject actuators as nonconformance reports and will continue to do so if more are found.

TVA has also determined that the subject actuators may have been used as part of valve actuators. TVA, therefore, plans to get in touch with the major valve suppliers in an effort to deternine if any more of the j

subject actuators were supplied to Hartsville or Phipps Bend.
