In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54 (P) , the Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby transmits under License R-119 Docket 50-87, Revision 2 to the " Westinghouse Nuclear Training Center, Nuclear Training Reactor Security Plan".
