Revision No. 4 to Physical Security P1 n License R-119, Docket 50-87 In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54(p), the Westinghouse Electric Corporation submits this change to the Physical Security Plan for the Westinghouse Nuclear Training Reactor (License R-119, Docket 50-87) located at Zion, Illinois.
The justification for this change is provided in attachment 1 to this letter. .
Attachment 2 contains the appropriate revised pages to the approved Physical Security Plan to incorporate this change.
Westinghouse requests that the two attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 2.790(d). This submittal is exempt from the fee requirement since this revision is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54(p).
