TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SECTION 7.1

Corrective action taken is the submission of a change to Technical Specifications updating section 7.1 and Table 3 to conform to the current line of management incorporated by the reorganization in 1984.
2.
The line organization described in section 7.1 of Technical Specifications will be reviewed for any impact of future reorganizations within Westinghouse and updated as necessary.
3.
Full compliance will be achieved upon the approval of the Technical Specification change submitted.

r, RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF DEVIATION, APRIL 3,1986 WESTINGHOUSE NUCLEAR TRAINING REACTOR DOCKET NO. 50-87 1.
Corrective action taken is the submission of the delinquent RSC inspection report for the third quarter of 1985 to the RSC Chairperson with a copy to the WNTR Manager.
2.
The next semi-annual RSC meeting will be held May 1,1986. At this time, the committee will discuss the NRC inspection report. The requirements specified in the RSC charter for RSC inspections and subsequent submission of reports wi'il be reviewed with the RSC members. A plan to ensure timely submission of the RSC inspection reports will also be discussed at the meeting and fully implemented within 30 days of RSC approval of the plan.
3.
The third quarter of 1985 RSC inspection report was submitted to the RSC Chairperson with a copy to the WNTR Manager on April 25, 1986.
