Revision to Security Plan for License Number R-119, Docket 50-87 In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), the Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits the attached Security Plan for the Westinghouse Nuclear Training Center (License Number R-119) which is located at Zion, Illinois. This Security Plan has been revised to incorporate the ten con-i ditions which are included in Section 2.C(3) of the current license. As such, these changes do not degrade the effectiveness of the current Security Plan.

The attached copy of the Security Plan is complete in itself and therefore replaces all previous submittals. A revision record has been incorporated into the-plan to identify the changes which have been made. Each revised page has been marked in the margin to further identify the changes. Attach-ment Number 1 to this letter provides a cross-reference between the current License conditions and the revised pages and sections of the Security Plan.

Westinghouse requests that the attached Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d). This submittal is exempt from the fee requirements since the revision is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p).
