In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 50.54 (P) , the Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby transmits under License R-119 Docket 50-87, Revision 2 to the " Westinghouse Nuclear Training Center, Nuclear Training Reactor Security Plan".
It is our position that the installation and procedures as described herein would not tend to reduce the degree of security provided by the presently approved plan.
Westinghouse requests that the attachment to this Jetter be withhold from public disclosure in accordance with the intent of 10CFR2.790 (d) .
