R-119 FOR THE UESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION NUCLEAR TRAINING REACTOR The Conniasion has issued the enclosed Order that terminates facility Operating License No. R-119 for the Westinghouse Electric Corporation Nuclear Training Reactor located in Zion, Illinois, in accordance with your application dated July 8,1987, as supplemented.

In connection with the license termination, we are enclosing two copies of Amendment No. 10 to Indemnity Agreement No. C-56. Please sign and return one copy to this office.

A copy of the Order, which is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the Safety Evaluation and the Environmental Assessment associated with this action are enclosed.
