PURPOSE: NRC and licensee participants will discuss the licensee's proposed response to a Request for Additional Information dated August 14, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML092040006) regarding Generic Letter 2004-02, "Potential Impact of Debris Blockage on Emergency Recirculation during Design Basis Accidents at Pressurized-Water Reactors."
