CONFIRMING LOCAL OUTREACH MEETING TO DISCUSS END-OF-CYCLE ASSESSMENT FOR KEWAUNEE POWER STATION
Dear Mr. Weidner:
I am writing on behalf of the Regional Administrator to confirm our meeting to discuss the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions findings from the past years Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) at Kewaunee Power Station.
The meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, 1:00 p.m., at the Kewaunee County Administration Building, 810 Lincoln Street, Kewaunee, Wisconsin.
As we discussed, I will contact the other area elected officials and invite them to attend as well. Thank you for your interest and support.
I hope you or your representative can attend this meeting. I am sure you will find it beneficial, and I look forward to meeting you there. I hope that all individuals receiving this message will please reply to let me know if you or your representative will be attending. If you know of other local officials who might be interested in attending, please let me know.
Please note the Kewaunee ROP Public Meeting is scheduled to being at 6:00 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, in the Council Chamber Conference Room, at the Kewaunee Municipal Building, 405 5th Street in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. All are encouraged to attend both meetings, and those that cannot attend the 1:00 p.m. meeting should consider the 6:00 p.m. meeting as an alternate means of receiving the information.
