FORTHCOMING LOCAL PUBLIC MEETING IN CITY OF KEWAUNEE FOR THE NRC TO SOLICIT COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE KEWAUNEE POWER STATION POST SHUTDOWN DECOMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES REPORT (PSDAR)

LOCATION: Kewaunee City Council Chambers City of Kewaunee offices 401 Fifth Street Kewaunee, WI 54216 PURPOSE: NRC staff will introduce to the public and solicit public comments regarding the Kewaunee Power Station Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report, Revision 0, dated February 26, 2013 and received from Dominion Energy Kewaunee by the NRC on February 28,2013, in accordance with Section 50.82(a)(4)(ii) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations CATEGORY 3:'" This is a Category 3 meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by providing comments and asking questions throughout the meeting.

Planned activities associated with DEK's Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report...... (PSDAR) will be described and public comments will be heard. Written comments will be collected.

Comments received by the NRC staff on the PSDAR will be addressed at the public meeting as practical, and a question and answer period will follow presentations. Comments collected before, during and after the meeting will be reviewed by the NRC staff.

Copies of the PSDAR and other relevant documents will be available for view at the meeting. A supply of electronic copies on CD-ROM media of relevant documents and information regarding access to them will be provided at the meeting or in response to enquiries.

7:40 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. During this period receive questions and comments from the public and collect written comments. As practical, provide an opportunity to individually discuss written comments .
