FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH INDUSTRY TO DISCUSS A REACTOR OVERSIGHT PROCESS APPEAL OF A FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION ON THE MITIGATING SYSTEMS PERFORMANCE INDEX DATE AND TIME: August 2, 2007 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

LOCATION: U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Two White Flint North Room T-2B1 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: To conduct a public meeting with the industry and staff on a reactor oversight process (ROP) performance indicator (PI) frequently asked question (FAQ). Group participants will discuss the Kewaunee licensees appeal of FAQ 69.2, which relates to the discovery of a fuel oil leak on an emergency diesel generator.

CATEGORY 2:* This is a Category 2 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) at designated points identified on the agenda.
