REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST 259, ISFSI-ONLY EMERGENCY PLAN AND EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL SCHEME (TAC NO. L53082)
By letter dated September 14, 2015, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. submitted a request for a proposed amendment to revise the emergency plan and emergency action level scheme.
