On December 31, 20 13, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Indian Point Energy Center. This inspection began on January 1, 20 1 3. Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Report s 05000247/201 3501, 05000286/2013501, 05000247/2013 502 , and 05000286/2013 502. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and resident baseline inspection.
