II.Anal sis of Safet'Im lication This condition is considered reportable since if left uncor-rected, the wall could possibly experience localized over-stressing under seismic conditions; however, an analysis was not performed since the condition was being corrected to a level equivalent to the original design.III.Corrective"Action The required additional rebar were installed above the original location within,.the next placement and properly anchored by extending into the'est wall and By development length beyond the required point at the east end on the south wall.This repair disposition for the referenced NCR provides a condition which meets the pro]ect design requirements.

The dispositioned NCR C-F-2339, attached, includes a repair sketch for installing the additional rebar.Since this is an isolated case, additional corrective action to prevent recurrence is not required.
