The River Bend Station (RBS) Inservice Testing (IST) program is undergoing a systematic review in accordance with the long term performance improvement plan (L'It'IP), submitted to the NRC on March 28,1994, (RBG-40428). This program includes, in part, an IST Improvement Plan to upgmde the technical adequacy and functionality of the IST program.
During the first phase of this effort, changes were made to the Pump and Wlve Plan to correct discrepancies, improve clarity, and structure the plan so as to provide a clear and understandable description of the Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Program at RBS.
Enclosed are the updates to the Pump and Valve Plan. Instructions for incorporation are provided with each package.
