By letter dated January 30,1991 (RBG-34407) Gulf States Utilities Company (GSU) submitted for review and approval topical report EA-CA-91-0001-hi entitled " Steady State Core Physics hiethods for BWR Design and Analysis " At that time, comp etion of the review of this report was requested by January 15,1992. As a result of the staff review of this submittal, a number of items requiring additional information were identified and transmitted to GSU by letter dated December 9,1991 (RBC-41546). On January 9,1992 GSU provided the additional information (RBG-36222) as Supplement I to the original report and requested that NRC review now be completed by February 28,1992.
On February 4,1992 a telephone conference between the NRC and GSU was held; the NRC had further reviewed the original report and the supplement and was requesting further additional information. The attachment to this letter provides that information.
