The enclosure to this letter provides a draft chapter to the WGOTHIC Applications Report scheduled -

l for completion in June. The draft chapter describes the method for calculating the PCS film coverage <

input used in the AP600 containment DBA evaluation model. Planned additions to the chapter which  ;

are not reflected in the enclosed draft include incorporation of information to address the effect of I l baffle standoffs and information to assess the WGOTHIC model sensitivity to film temperature input.

l The draft chapter is provided at this time to allow the staff to begin their review of the PCS water  ;

coverage model. Comments and questions on the enclosure would be appreciated by June 17,19%. t t
