Reference I summarized the actions taken by the NRC staffin response to Westinghouse providing I notification that a single page of proprietary information was contained in a September 30,1997, i summary of a meeting held on August 4 through August 15,1997, between the NRC and j Westinghouse on the subject of the review of the structural design of the AP600 nuclear island. //  ;

Westinghouse has been informed that of the four individuals, one has returned the document, one sent

Figure 12-24 of WCAP-14407 is still considered proprietary by Westinghouse. The affidavit provided )

with the transmittal of WCAP-14407 on July 28,1997, applies to the subject page. Figure 12-24 is 1

still proprietary in the current revision of WCAP-14407.  !
