Dear Mr; McIntyre:

By letter dated June 18,1998, the staff requested that Westinghouse review its claim and to notify the staff with regard to what portions of WCAP-14810, Revisions 1 and 2, Westinghouse still considered company proprietary. The basis for this request was that the staff had determined that much of the information sought to be withheld did not appear to contain trade secrets or proprietary commercial information in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790.4 However, following further discussions.and justification by Westinghouse on August 20, 1998, the staff has decided tcL accept the claim that the information in WCAP-14812, Revisions 1 and 2, is proprietary as marked and will be withheld from public disclosure.
