Option 3 is deterministic resolution for suction strainer blockage and risk-based resolution for in-vessel effects. In Reference 1, Point Beach committed to submit preliminary schedules for GSI-191 resolution that address both suction strainer and in-vessel effects resolution. The preliminary schedules are provided in this enclosure.

2 Milestone Schedules The preliminary schedules provided in this enclosure contain the major milestones for resolving the suction strainer performance using a deterministic resolution strategy and the major milestones for resolving the issue of in-vessel effects using a risk-based approach.

Table 1 presents the major milestones for deterministic resolution of suction strainer performance. Table 2 presents major milestones for resolution of in-vessel effects using a risk-based approach.
