The enclosure contains the TS Bases change summary for the period January 1,201 1, through December 31,201 1. NextEra previously submitted the TS Bases change summary for January 1,2010, through December 31,201 0, on June 9,201 1 (MLI 11610154).

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
