In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification (TS) 5.5.13 and 10 CFR 50.71(e),
NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) is submitting a summary of changes made to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant TS Bases without prior NRC approval.
The enclosure contains the TS Bases change summary for the period January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. NextEra previously submitted the TS Bases change summary for January 1, 2014, through December31, 2014, on August 11, 2015 (ML15223B291).
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

07/22/15 B 3.7.4-1, Revised the Bases to clarify the atmospheric dump
-2, -3 valves' (ADV) operability and functionality requirements. The ADVs have an operability requirement to be able to be locally opened and closed through their full range using the valve operator handwheel, and a functionality requirement to be capable of remote operation from the Control Room. Remote operation is credited in the Steam Generator Tube Rupture analysis. Surveillance Requirement 3.7.4.1 performs the local operation surveillance. Remote operation is tested by ASME quarterly inservice test required by 1 O CFR 50.55a.
5/14/15 B 3.8.1-5, Revised emergency diesel generator G01 and G02
-6, -26, -27 room exhaust fan and fire damper requirements in conjunction with supporting calculation and procedure changes. Clarified two line items in Table B 3.8.1-1 to align with TS Action Statements A.1 and A.2 for Condition A, and the LCO Section for Condition D.
11/20/15 3.8.1-19, -25 Removed extraneous verbiage regarding motor terminal frequency and added reference to calculation 2005-0007, PBNP Electrical System Transient Analysis.
