Review of CoC No. 9385, Revision 0, for the Model No. IR-100ST
Good afternoon,
The purpose of this email is to verify with you how the funds approval process is proceeding and have an idea about when the staff can resume the review of the application for the CoC No. 9385, Revision 0, for the Model No. IR-100ST. When you requested to stop working the review, the staff was in the process of issuing the RAIs; the same RAIs that I have already provided to you as draft.
On May 21, 2025, you requested to stop the review of the application for the Model No. IR-100ST due to lack of funds. On June 30th, you informed me that approval for additional fundings have been received and that the review process may take an additional 3 weeks. I will appreciate any updates in this regard. I am asking for this information for planning purposes.
