(U) GLOBAL LASER ENRICHMENT PROGRAM STANDARD PRACTICE PROCEDRUES PLAN, GLEP-00009-R, REV. 1 FOR APPROVAL Global Laser Enrichment, LLC (GLE), has completed the transition to the new GLE including name change. The Company Security Agreement (addendum to the SPPP) has been signed with noted Board Resolutions. The enclosed attachment includes the full Company Security Agreement with an updated SPPP, GLEP-00009-R, Rev. 1.

In addition to the above change, the Fuels Growth Engineering Building (FGE) is being prepared for the addition of a new classified program under Department of Defense.

The program is for the GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC (GEHA) Company. GLE Security Team will be providing security for this group. The SPPP drawing for the FGE building reflects this change. Additional details on access control between the two groups as it affects GLE have also been provided. A redline markup of these changes are provided.

GLE request review with a follow-up inspection and approval by early March to support a DoD walk down of the new facility for their facility clearance.

The GLEP-00009-R, Revision 1 Proprietary and Security-Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure per 1 0CFR2.390.
