Appleton, WI, 54911 Email: pennybernardschaber@athenet.net Phone: 920-739-6041 General Comment As a resident of Appleton in northeast Wisconsin, I am writing to oppose the license extension of the old and brittle reactors at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.The reactors should be replaced before a license is renewed at this plant. This plant it close to Lake Michigan which is the water source for many, many people and which is also an important fishery in both Wisconsin and Michigan. The Point Beach Nuclear plant should either be decommissioned or should have its reactors replaced before the license is renewed.
