Both units have performed admirably in providing service to Wisconsin for decades. The Operators and Staff at Point Beach are unparalleled. The plants themselves are fully up to date and safely operating using well grounded modern technology. And they are a base part of the economic fabric for Manitowoc County. These plants need to continue to operate.
