I worked there from June 1980 to March 2012 and know that it is a well run facility with a very safety conscious work ethic. We need more nuclear plants in this country to reduce the use of fossil fuels. If we can keep well run plants already in existence in operation, it will be to everyone's benefit. Wind and solar are great but they cannot produce the amount of electricity that our country requires.
