Manitowoc, WI, 54220 Email: w_jensen@att.net General Comment As a resident of Manitowoc County for over 20 years and a former employee of Point Beach Nuclear Plant, I cannot see any good reason why the plant should not be granted a license extension for another 20 years. There are enough processes already in place by the NRC to effectively monitor the overall state of the systems, structures and components to ensure that any aging issues are identified and dealt with.
