Dear Mr. Stolz:

I wanted to thtnk you for the prompt action recently taken by your Division with regard to the City of Burlington's request to transfer its share of Millstone Unit No. 3. I also wanted to bring l to your attention the excellent response we received from Mr. David Jaffe of your staff. The City found itself in a situation that required early action from the NRC. The considerate but thorough assistance of Mr. Jaffe was most helpful. As a result, the electric consumers of Burlington were not delayed in the receipt of funds from the transfer, which might otherwise have occurred without Mr. Jaffe's action. It was most appreciated.
