NEAR TERM LICENSING DECISIONS In accordance with the March 22, 1985, memorandum from Harold Denton, same subject, the licensing status for the Diablo Canyon 2 low power license is as follows:
1.
The draft license submitted by your memorandum dated March 21, 1985, contained two license conditions of interest to DHFS. These are 2.c.(3) on the Initial Test Program, and 2.C.(6)a. on Qualification of Personnel.
2.
Our respunse of April 5,1985, to your March 21, 1985 memorandum proposed two additional license conditions,_as_follows:
a.
Detailed Control Room Design Review The licensee shall comply with the requirements of Supplement
)
I to NUREG-0737 for the conduct of a Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR).
b.
Safety Parameter Display System The licensee shall display containment hydrogen concentration as a parameter within the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS) prior to startup after the first refueling outage.
