SECY-84 Modification of Commission Memorandum and Order Regarding Operation of Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant (CLI-83-27)

The Commission, by a 4-0 vote, approved an Order modifying its November 8, 1982 Order (CLI-83-27) which authorized fuel loading and operation under Modes 6 and 5.

The new Order authorizes operation undez' Modes 4 and 3 as well as 6 and 5.

Commissioner Gilinsky abstained and provided separate comments.

(subsequently, on January 25, 1984 the Secretary signed the Order.)
