Dear Mr. Miller; in accordance with your application dated June 9, iw97, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP 2 is hereby amended by revising TSR 2.1.3.5 to account for the added capability to separately test inner and outer loop autoclave containment walves. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to includr,ine date of June 9,1997.

All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
