PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT (PORTS) CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST: DELETION OF COMMITMENT IN ISSUE A.2 OF THE PORTS COMPLIANCE PLAN (TAC NO. L32106)
Dear Mr. Adkins:
In accordance with your application dated December 23,1998, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 is hereby amended by revising issue A.2 of the PORTS Compliance Plan. Accordingly, Condition 8 has been revised to include the date of December 23,1998. This amendment becomes effective upon issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Please note that the NRC has decided to include a list of amendments in the certificate clearly delineating the amendment number, the application document being amended, the subject matter of the amendment, USEC's amendment application date, the date of issuance by the NRC and the amendment's effective date.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
