Curing the tima I was a ualder, I probably made as many as tuc dozen " plug uaid;"
cn Quality hangers at tha instructions of varicus su;:ervisors.
I testifiac a: cut these welds before the hearing board.
I racemoer back in 1979, an occasion in which James STEM 5 RIDGE. my foreman, *.;id me to weld a leg on a hanger that was not contained in the drawing in the dimensions needed.
I perforted the welding without cocumentation at STEMSRI:iE's instructions, and I was caugn by OC.
I knew what I had done was wrong.
I e:crtec this incicent tc CASE in an affadavit.
In 1982, Harry WILLIN45 instructed me accept the torquing of Hilti b0lts witn:Ut sign off in the traveler package.
Later when I argued with 'dILLIRis about it he denied ever having said it.
HILLIAMS told me that if I could not remember his instructions and did not trust him, he would replace ca.
I teck this as a tnreat.
In 1982, I.as told by '.IILLIN'.5 to help 5:ilTH inspect vender welcs cn the c2151 c.e n e ra tors.
