I am not personally aware of any Component Modification Cards (CMCs) or Design Change Authorizations (DCAs) authoriz.ing these cuts, but they i w may have been authorized. He upiained that he crilled about 10 holes in January 1983 while. instaliing 21 metal plates using a core drill. He said these metal plates ware used it secure the trolley tracks located in the Fue1* Handling Euilding es part of tne Waste Monitor System. He stated tnat he and his crew used a core criil berroned from the Core Drilling Crew. The millwright saic that the holes tract with the core orill were locatec on the southa'est corr.e. of the trolley tracks.
