By letter dated April 22, 1996, the Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company l applied for an amendment to the Haddam Neck Plant's Facility Operating License '

No. DPR-61. The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to the manipulator crane. Subsequently,; by letter I dated February 18, 1997, you withdrew the amendment request. -

Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office-of the Federal Register for publication. .
