9/01 0740 - Reactor power at 50%.

9/02 0215 - Took Main Generator off line due to Steam Generator chemistry.

9/02 0241 - Tripped Main Turbine, Reactor power at ~11%.

9/02 0606 - Placed Main Generator on line.

9/03 0230 - Stabilized Reactor power at '49%.

9/08 0753 - Reactor power at 56%.

9/12 2210 - Reactor trip occurred during scheduled power ascension testing. Non-safety related equipment which normally receives power from the turbine generator did not switch over to receive power from the plant's switchyard.

9/13 0828 - plant in Mode 3.

9/15 1304 - Reactor critical 9/15 1406 - Reactor at 2% power 9/15 1609 - Entered Mode 1 9/16 0905 - Synchronized main generator on line.

9/16 1105 - Conducted plant shutdown from outside the Control for testing. Tripped reactor locally from reactor trip switch gear breakers (t urbine tripped) .

9/16 1539 - Plant in Mode 3.

Attached please find the September 1985 Monthly Operating Report prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.6 of Appendix A (Technical Specifi-cations) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Operating License.

By copy of this letter, we are also forwarding a copy of the Monthly Operating Report to the Regional Administrator of the Region V office. Due to an NRC request, year-to-date and cumulative values for several entries in the September report have been revised from values reported in the Au8ust report to reflect data from initial electricity. The values reported in the September report represent current values for PVNGS through September 30, 1985.
