On April 28, 1980, Rairold Scarlett, Eeuston Post Reporter, called to obtain information about the closed NRC Counissioner's Meeting which was held on April 15, 1930, in the 1/W Tower, Bethesda, Maryland.
In response to his inquiries. I informed him that E. V. Seyfrit W. C. Seidle and E. S. Phillips represented RIT at the meeting and the South Teams Project was the subject of the meeting.
I refused to saswer questicas as to what was specifically dis-cussed during the aseting. He asked if the recent NRC investigation of STP was discussed during the meeting.
I taformed Mr. Scarlett that I could not answer any more questions regarding the closed meeting.
