I was reviewing this item for final close out.

During the review, I noted that the RIV Vendor Branch stated that the sobject Safe Ends 'would be reviewed during a future. inspection.

I do not think this item can be closed until I know the results of that inspection.

l In addition, I noticed that Region IV Vendor Branch and the Resident Inspector have been given conflicting infomation relative to the etching of the safe ends. See the attactuents.

It is recomended that the. Vendor Branch be made awa of the above infon:ation.
