SOUTH TEXAS LESSONS LEARNED MEMO Transmitted herewith is a " Lessons Learned" memorandum concerning the South Texas Investigation which was documented in Report # 79-19.
It is requested that you forward the copies as indicated on memo.
In a conversation with Mr. Ray Hall, he advised me that Mr. Seyfrit wanted to know the status of the South Texas Project.
I gave Mr.
Hall the status of the project and also told him of the subject memo.
Mr. Hall stated that he thought Mr. Seyfrit would want a copy of the memo prior to briefing Congressman Eckhardt's sub-comittee.
