CB PENETR-F Plant was shut down due to failure of a weld and rupture of the DEN hydralic actuator line to 'B'.recirc FCV. The line was repaired and plant returned to service.

CB PLMPXX B 'B' RRC pump / motor developed a high vibration which necessitated going to 15 HZ operation.

The resultant power reduction existed for remainder of the month.
