In such cases, the average daily unit power output sheet should be footnoted to explain the apparent anomaly.

SUMMARY

At the beginning of the month, the plant continued to operate at reduced power goad following) at the request of the BPA for economic reasons. On March 2 the plant was shutdown at the request of the BPA for economic reasons. The plant will remain in reserve shutdown until the beginning of the annual planned refueling/maintenance outage which is planned to begin April 13, 1996.
